CSR Set Up and Operation
We’ve formulated the CSR Code of Conduct and are committed to fulfilling the CSR. Moreover, the CSR Committee set up in 2016 appoints the Assistance Vice President of the Administrative Division as the chairperson, which is composed of the employees from the Administrative Dept. and the Finance Dept.

The Company has set up the special unit of corporate business integrity: Offence-Reporting Committee chaired by the Assistant Vice President of the Administration Division, with the members including: the head of Administration Dept., the head of HR Dept. and the head of Audit Dept., which is responsible for the affairs related to business integrity and offence-reporting.
