With the commitment of business integrity, we request the supplier to sign the Ethical Conduct Commitment, and not to accept the unlawful interests, conduct corruption or ransom, or embezzle public funds in any form. Moreover, it establishes the whistle-blowing system and mechanism of protecting the whistle-blower.

Through risk evaluation, supplier review and management, it reviews the social responsibility and environmental performance of the key suppliers, assisting them in elevating the capability of social responsibility and environmental management.

The supplier plays a critical role in green supply chain management system. We are looking forward to reaching the consensus on green products and striving for the win-win outcome together with suppliers. The risk management of supply chain is a part of competitiveness. The Company pays attention to the risk of the suppliers and provides assistance proactively when necessary. The suppliers are required to present the Hazardous Substance Free (HSF) Commitment and the Declaration of Metal Conflict-Free that guarantees not to use the substances in conflict areas. This can prove their products don’t use the metal from the area controlled by illegal war lords.
