Company successively made the industrial-academic cooperation programs with “National Taiwan University”, “National Tsing Hua University”, “National Chiao Tung University, “National Cheng Kung University”, “Chang Geng University”, and “Virginia Tech”. Through the opportunity of cooperating with the colleges, it expects to instruct the students with practical experience. Furthermore, it provides internship for the students, so they could understand the operation of corporate organization very closely, which also strengthens the industrial-academic interaction and creates a win-win outcome to repay the society.
Summer-vacation workplace internship provides the interns with projects for exploration, from which they could learn the practical experience and combine the academic courses with practice. The interns are required to submit presentation before the end of internship, which promotes everyone to learn a lot.
