Rental LED displays are bought by different time and batches, in order to keep image quality causing by the LED displays with different brightness and color coordinates, buyers should choose:
1) Good uniformity cabinets provide good image quality, all come with high accuracy of current control.
2) Need to choose the LED displays and IC manufacturers who can be the long-term suppler.
● High Image Quality
The basic visual performance requirements for rental displays are the elimination of the seven challenges commonly seen in fine pitch displays, including ghosting, dim line at the first scan line, gradient dim line, uneven IC blocks, LED cross caused by open circuit, caterpillar caused by short circuit, color shift at low grayscale, and high contrast interference. Some customers may add ferrite beads because of higher EMC requirements; however, the addition of ferrite beads limit the PWM frequency and lower the display's refresh rate upper limit. Thus, achieving high grayscale and high refresh rate under these conditions is challenging. Needless to say, pursing a HDR-Optimized (16-bit grayscale @ 4KHz refresh rate at 32-scan design or above) display performance is even more difficult.
