4-Channel Power Switch for Scan Type LED Display

MBI5947 is a specific power switch for scan type LED display. It has two output channels, operate from 5V to 3.3V, supports 3A maximum output current per channel. Moreover, MBI5947 has internal circuit to eliminate upper-ghosting effect and improve high contrast interference which are common problem happened in scan type LED display.
